STEP-1
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
The first step is always design. Choose from a variety of shoes from our collection or have one custom made. This is when the style, construction and last is chosen.

STEP-2
MATERIAL SELECTION & DETAILS
The second step is deciding the material. Just like clothing, we believe layering and fabric blending is the quintessence of dress casual fashion. We combine leathers, suede, tweed, flannel, dye, and velvet. We are always experimenting with new materials, so let us know if there is a material you have questions about.

STEP-3
GOODYEAR WELT PROCESS
Stitching closed channel leather sole during original Goodyear welt shoe construction. Goodyear welted shoes stand out not just for their incredible strength and durability, but also for their comfort. The last is multiple widths either D, EE or EEE. We typically use a semi chiseled and elevated toe. It's the perfect dress casual model. The sole is completed with a rubber layer for grip on the toe.

STEP-4
CORK APPLICATION
The cork application has several purposes. It begins with the comfort as it provides a cushion for the foot and over time a groove of your foot print. It also has the ability to absorb the sweat and moisture to help reduce odors.

STEP-5
COLOUR & FINISHING
The last step is in Toronto where a world class artisan finishes the shoes with some dye, creams and air different techniques including brushes, rags and air guns.
