How long will it take to receive my order?
We are thrilled to introduce our 2 week delivery option for many of our products. We are constantly working on shortening our delivery times because we know the excitement when waiting for a new purchase and we thank you for your patience.
Once purchased, your order gets put into production in our shop in Spain. The manufacturing process takes 2-4 weeks depending on the product ordered (it will say on the product page). If there is no patina finish required it will be sent directly to you which will take another week. If it does require a hand dyed finish, it will go into stage 2 with the patina artist here in Toronto. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday or on holidays will be placed on the next business day. Standard shipping takes four to seven business days from the date of completion right after quality check.
We understand this is not the "immediate shipping" you may be used to however we promise the wait is always worth it for a pair of shoes you will wear for years to come!
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of your product. If you need to exchange or return your shoes, please let us know within 14 days. Requests after that time will be denied unless special circumstances are presented. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to get started. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned but maybe take a few days.
If the order includes initial embroidery or custom logos we cannot provide full returns but will offer a size change re-order at 40% off.
Returns are NOT accepted on Final Sale items.
Pre-orders/Made-to-Order shoes can be returned, but only store credit will be given. No refunds.
All products must be shipped back unworn and with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for a refund. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to you.
Crossover Footwear will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes! We want to make sure your shoes fit you just right. If you need to exchange for a smaller or larger size, we are happy to offer that. For orders within Canada, we will cover the shipping charges both ways to get you the right fitting pair. Just email email@example.com we will get it done quickly.Exchange requests must be completed within 10 days of receipt of your product. Requests after that time will be denied.
Exchanges are NOT accepted on Seconds or Last Chance items.
Do you ship internationally?

The shoe I want is sold out...what should I do?
We are working hard to manage our inventory and make sure we can have your size available for our ready to wear options. Be sure to sign up for the Back-in-Stock notifications on the product page to be the first to know when a shoe is back in stock. If the shoe is discontinued or out of stock, there is an option for a custom order.
